Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You will maintain access to your paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Basic plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, update your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, or at the next billing cycle for downgrades.
What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 minute of video processing. Processing is always rounded down to the nearest full minute.
What if a video fails to process?
If a processing job fails, the credits for that attempt will be added back to your total credit balance, so for example a balance of 5/60 would become 5/65.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can upgrade your plan or add more credits. Credit packs are coming soon.
Do you offer an API ?
